Lonny Crawford
Lonny is the owner and operator of Altitude Heating and Air, Inc. He has worked in the residential and commercial HVAC installation, repair and service industry for over 20 years. Altitude Heating and Air, Inc. has been in business since 2002 strictly by customer satisfaction and referrals. In his free time Lonny enjoys spending time with family, grandchildren, camping, fishing, dirt-bike riding and going to concerts.
Jennifer Clubs
Jennifer is the owner and operator of Altitude Heating and Air, Inc. She and Lonny established their S Corp in 2013. They owned separate businesses and decided to focus on his HVAC business! Jennifer and Lonny love creating an atmosphere that feels like family for their customers and staff.
Raymond Mclain
Originally from Houston, Texas, where he was born and raised, Ray served in the military for four years, an experience that taught him discipline and a strong work ethic. After completing his service, he transitioned into the HVAC industry and has been working in the field sense 2020. Over that time, Ray has gained extensive hands-on experience and built a solid reputation for reliable, quality work. He takes pride in helping people stay comfortable in their homes and businesses year-round.
Kail Wade
Kail is originally from Louisiana. He's been working in the HVAC field sense 2021, building a solid foundation in the trade. Everything he knows, he learned hands-on from Lonny, the owner, who taught him the ropes from the ground up. Kail's mentorship had been a huge part of his journey and growth in the industry. Now, he takes pride in providing quality work and keeping customers comfortable year-round.
Tannous Krech
Tannous originally started doing HVAC in 2020 in Minnesota. He's from Menomonie, Wisconsin, and recently moved to beautiful Colorado in April of 2024. Lonny and Jennifer are amazing people, and he is very grateful to them for taking him in and letting him be a part of the team. He's learned so much from everyone here. We all are very unique at Altitude Heating & Air, and our environment brings out our great characteristics. Tannous is very excited to bring on the future for this family!

Terinny Martinez
Terinny is a Colorado native, and when she's not working, she's often somewhere in the mountains hiking. Terinny has been with Altitude Heating and Air for a little over two years. She works in the office helping with all scheduling needs and enjoys helping our customers.

Jesus is originally from Florida and moved here to Colorado in 2021. He is extremely passionate about building strong connections with family and friends. He likes to keep himself active and busy through sports like bowling, baseball and basketball. He also finds inspiration is music as well. He values balance, teamwork, and always bringing positive energy to everything he does.
Cole Gunnlangsson
Cole grew up in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, a place where hunting and fishing weren't just hobbies, but a way of life. After completing the HVAC program at Hibbing, he brought his skills west and recently relocated to Colorado Springs to join the team at Altitude Heating & Air. Cole takes pride in delivering reliable, honest work and making sure every customer feels taken care of. Whether he's working on installs, repairs, or routine maintenance, he brings a solid work ethic and a calm, can-do attitude to every job. When he's off the clock, you'll still find him outdoors - fishing, hiking, or exploring everything Colorado has to offer!
Wil Chandler
Wil was born and raised in Virginia, but for the last eight years he's been lucky enough to call Colorado Springs home. When he's not working, you can usually find him out on the water fly fishing or spending time on the golf course. He takes pride in being steady, consistent, and bringing a strong work ethic into everything he does, whether it's at work or in the outdoors.
